I think looking at the last post's 'posted' time gives you a reasonable estimate. Seven or eight hours ago isn't it?

I'vew been trying to access since 9 AM EST and have been unable to...this is the first time I've seen IW...and it's my homepage, so it's the first thing I see when I open up Firefox.

I also tried somewhere around 9am...my Time Warner Cable was also down until about 7am for the ice storm, I assumed...but IW did not come back with the power-on.
