You may have heard it from me. That did happen to a real estate salesman several years ago here in my hometown. He had been visiting a local "house of ill repute" and caught a case of crabs. Needless to say, the man's wife was NOT happy about this, since she knew he didn't get them from her. Instead of confronting him, she acted as if nothing was wrong, gave him a night of pleasure, then took out the superglue when he fell asleep. From what I heard, she made sure he was "standing tall" when she applied the glue in order to maximize the pain.

He had to have the situation corrected by surgery.

But... how could this not be a sham? The glue would have had to be put on at least 30 seconds before he sat down. Otherwise it would have dried already. He did it to himself! THIS IS A CONSPIRACY!
