My 'Spybot' doesn't even dent this thing. It leaches to essential processes so I can't delete it manually and when I try deleting in Safe Mode, I can't get it all and the @$#! thing replicates itself. Is there any way to kill this pest w/o spending $100 on software...?

Delete the registry entries, then the programme.

You always have System Restore to fall back on when nothing else works...if you have XP, I guess.

You can also kill the process by using the Task Manager and then delete it...

adaware is also another free programme that often kills what spy-bot doesn't. I use them both.
