I like it, Dundee. It looks good.
Where in the game are you planning to place it?

Also, is there a chance that more than one effect takes place in one strike?

Dundee, the new Tymora's Gamble is scarier than the first, because you just don't mess around with things like Imprisonment. My suggestion wasn't meant to turn the weapon into a "useless trinket" at all--just turn it into a Staff. Beast Masters and Druids use Staves, and I mean actually use them, so it's not like making it a Staff guarantees that it'll never be used to hit things.

Alternatively, you could just go with the original version (Flesh to Stone, Maze, Finger of Death), but with special versions of all 3 spells, so that they ignore Magic Resistance and Saves (or at least impose severe penalties to the Saves, so that even Korgan would have to worry a bit).

Which is why I asked where in the game it would be placed. If its put somewhere very early on the Imprisonment can be extremely game breaking, especially if you don't reload if something like that happens. Past a certain point, (probably in Chapter Six) having a weapon that Imprisons creatures seems a lot more fair.

It cannot be a staff, because I am trying to follow the story I made here. Tymora gives the arrogant warrior a wonderful looking weapon to use, but with a catch. If it was a staff, the warrior would most probably just flip the finger at the Goddess and walk off... ...

I am thinking that maybe it only becomes available in Chap6, ala in the special stash. Freedom scrolls will be available by then, but solo warriors should not be using this weapon of course... unless they are feeling lucky.

The effects are not supposed to stack. Only one effect will be applied at any one time. This will mean that 80% of the time, nothing will happen.

It would be a simple area script, something like:
IF
True()
THEN
Response #100
CreateCreature("CHOC",[1000,1500],0)
END

But I don't know how to WeiDU it.

Dundee, that "sets player's MR to 0%" effect can be circumvented by equipping some other MR setting item (Carsomyr). That's why I have suggested lowering it to zero just for a brief moment, to let the spell do what it needs to do.

There are many WeiDU mods that are not hosted by Weimer himself, check his site and find a link "other WeiDU mods". He would surely make a link to our store.
I am planning to make some items for it, those will be smashing...

Even when its permanent Vedran..? haven't tested it, but if someone feels like testing, feel free to do so.

Improved Lilacor has the abilitie that your Intelligence cannot be alterd (to prevent intel. drain from flayers ect..), can't this be done with the MR, that it can't be alterd when gamble is equipped.

A lot of work is needed to create the shop (and fill it), I will do it (with the help of my fellow IW ofcorse).. though it will take a while (I have final exams this year, so does Vedran and a lot of other people, hench the little spare time) Choc will come.. when is the uncertainty

I am not sure, but I am quite sure that Tymora's Gamble will not have permanent effect.

I am pretty sure that this it doesn't prevent intelligence alteration, but that it applies Protection from Intelligence Drain. Doesn't it?

It states ''immunity to INT modification''', so I presume this also means increasing/decreasing it with items.
