I think the answer to the scrabble one is 126. You can put either the Q or the Z on a double letter score, but not both, so you have 1+1+1+1+4+10+20 = 38, times 2 for the double word score, 76, plus 50 for using all your letters. Unless you add the 50 and then double it, but I don't think so.
