Kangaxx the demi Lich *Spolier*

G'day Ladies and Gents,

As you call tell by the subject heading I'm trying to work out if the quest for the Demi-Lich can actually be completed????
I'm not sure what I can do because when Kangaxx turns into the demi-lich he keeps throwing those imprisonment spells out (obviously limitless) and I can't seem to do any damage to him.
Help me out if you can!!

OK...

1.)You need a +4 weapon to hurt his demi-lich form.--Mace Of Disruption +2 is THE BEST
2.)-You need Spell Immunity:Abjuration-makes you immune to imprisonment
3.)-Enrage-makes you immune to imprisonment

or

1.)Protection from Undead

Ok, so my main character has the crom faeyer and dual wields it with the celestial fury. Obviously the katana wont do anything.
So if I am reading this right, if i cast the protection of undead on him and just run in with the crom.....I should be alright???
How long does the protection from undead last??? I can't remember off the top of my head.

No,no..You must cast protection from Undead on yourself.
Put Crom into your main hand...and hack`n`slash...

PfUndead lasts 10 rounds

There's a slight problem with that aprroach as if you cast protection from undead on yourself Kangaxx won't die. This is because he can't see you and he needs to talk to you before he dies. Instead of protection from undead cast a protection from magic scroll on yourself and hack away. This approach will work.

EDIT:Oh and protection from magic scrolls can be bought from Ribald at the Adventurers Mart

Yes but he can do this after the talk has been triggerd..
žBut PfM scroll is also good alternative.

I defeated Kangaax by hasting my main fighter and used scroll of magic protection after he turned into a demi-lich. Any +4 weapon will work. Keep all your other characters away from Kangaax as he will imprison the closest character.

I also had daystar to help defeat the lichs. My thief stole it from the lich near the gates. I then equipped my fighter with it and simplied sunrayed the lichs.

Kangaxx the Demi-lich form is immume to Sunray because it is a level 7 cleric spell, Demi-liches are immume to level 1 - 9 wizard and clerical spells. Though a normal lich is immume to level 1 - 5 wizard/cleric spells, so Sunray can be applied on them. But not on Demi-liches
