hehe i always toght kelsey was a girl but oh well....i was wondering where you find him where you download him and what alignment he is and what class stats skills he has.

He is found in the government district, I'm not sure where to get him from, he is a good alignment, and he's a sorceror. That's all I know about him.

He has a nice cloak with him, with a +1 con, some saves, AC ect
