LOL sounds like it is worse on the US servers than the EU servers it is pretty good on the EU servers now have not had any problems to log in for weeks now

180 was intolerable in Argent Dawn when I stopped playing a year ago (no, not because of that) - they can't just cut people off, because the numbers of players will dwindle. This can't continue though. 655 on a Tuesday night...that's just not right.

655 any night is not right. People pay to play the game, and don't expect to sit for 2hours in a queue to do so.
