The Flail Heads (spoilers)

I want to know where the flail heads are in D'arnise keep. I haven't found any of them where i thought they usually were, but it was a long time ago, so im probably mistaken. Where are they?

Two of them are in the center of the top level of the keep. One in the golem room, the 2nd on the guy in the secret room(does this have a name).

I can't recall where the third one is. IIRC the tactics mod moves it, and I can't remember its origional location.

Right, but where is it if I dont have the mod installed? I'm fairly sure that in vanilla SOA that the third head is somewhere else.

The first head is on the lower floor near the forgery.
The second head is on the upper floor at the end of the hidden passage. It is a loot from a guy waiting there.
The third head is in the room with golems on the upper floor. You will go around the room when you will go to the "dungeon".

You must collect all heads (or, at least, you must get the head from the room with golems) before you reset the keep by killing Tor Gal in the dungeon. If you reach the dungeon without the complete flail, then you'd better stop investigating further and finish the flail first. The loot from the dungeon cannot improve you too much at that moment. Forge the flail together in the forgery on the lower floor.

Search for a secret door behind Daleson. You'll find a passage with more secret doors that leads to a room with the forge. Another secret door in the room with the forge leads to tomb where you'll find the head.
