Hey, I just remembered something I wanted to say here.

About 2 years ago, my school made a school almanac, containing the most memorable poems and stories made by students, made up to about 10 years ago til that day. My brother, striving to become a reknown writer, was a bit sad that any of his creations weren't in it. One of my 5 sisters had 3 long stories in it.

Much to my surprise, I found out that I'm in the almanac also.

I rushed to pick it up and start looking what they could've put there. What creation, of mine of all the people, was good enough to be in a school almanac, I pondered.

I found out then, that it was something that we wrote in the 4th grade - the topic was "My great Dream" It was very funny, as I remembered making it, and how I was proud of it then - 4 years ago.

I was going to write what I recall of it, but alas - I found the almanac! Translating to English from Estonian..

"My big dream is that peoples' lives wouldn't be difficult at all. Right now, it's like so, that people have many miscellaneous things to pay for, like electricity usage, rent, compensation fees, food and so on. I'd like it more if people would leave out some things, to make peoples' lives easier. It would be good if they'd make such things cheaper, so that I and my parents would have an easer life.
I also have another dream. My other dream that I would become very smart, strong and educated. Educated so I could become a rich businessman as I grow up, strong so I could get good accompishments in sports and smart, so I wouldn't get any problems answering questions."

The very last part, "smart, so I wouldn't get any problems answering questions," was kind of weird I wrote some parts in a bit of a flawed style, so it would be more similar to the thing. In english, it might look like at least I could write longer, more difficult words, but they are much more simplistic in Estonian.

I'm quite surprised that such a thing actually was in any school archives.

Needless to say, that just made my day

anyway i has a great week it was an engineering school excellent also basically it was basically a showcase of the universities in the sydney area and they were all amazing. So now i have something to aim for, that is get good enough marks to get in.
What aspect of engineering are you thinking of going into Intrepid?
Depends...
I like Electronics, Computers, Communications and to a lesser extent but still good Mechanichal
so in a uni course i could merge it all together in mechatronics, which is basically robotics, that is design, construction, programming, and implementation. From everything as complicated as that to fun stuff: http://www.unsw.edu.au/news/pad/arti...l/Robocup.html
Whatever, should be good, Sydney is a great place, i would love to live there, pity it's a 4 hour drive.
You are lucky Wellard
BTW where in Sydney do you live? what area/suburb?

Question Mark

well i am going to copy and paste from my baby board. i start out talking about some weird headaches i had been having that felt like i had been hit in the back of my head and all the blood rushing to it but not leaving, they would only be 10-30 seconds long tho...anyway thought it might be my blood pressure, and my parents took both kids saturday night....this is what happened after that:

hi! well my adventurous weekend.....

my bp was fine, 115/66. had a few more of the headaches tho when we drove through the snow to get the kiddos. we got there and hung out had lunch etc. justice wanted to stay with g-ma so erilyn dh and i left. i was dozing when the car hit an icy patch going about 45-50 mph. we spun out and the rear passenger side of the trunk hit the wall of the highway. i was shook up and had some neck/back pain so i went to the hospital in an ambulance strapped to a back board with a neck brace on. i was like that for over 4 hours. it hurt a lot! they wanted to x-ray my neck and back, but wanted to clear my neck before doing my back. there was something on the x-ray for my neck so i had to do a cat scan. i got some relief when i had to roll to my side to be taken off the back board. then i had the cat scan which took about 1 1/2 hours to come back. while waiting my uterus got irritated by laying on my back so long so they monitored me and then once my neck brace was off they sent me for a u/s. baby is fine placenta is fine, etc. then i got my back x-rayed. one of which had to be done on my left side they let me stay like that waiting for the results. everything came back fine and i was eventually allowed to sit up. but they also wanted to observe me in ob overnight. so i went there and got observed. i slept poorly but i am now home.

i never want to go through that again!

So you're pregnant right? I'm sorry to hear about all you've gone through. Remind me, is this going to be your 4th or 3rd child? That's a lot for someone only 23 years old.
Camden?! Spooky. I used to live in Campbelltown. Houso city these days, but it used to be a nice little country town once upon a time. Used to play League for the Kangaroos.
