I'm going through BGII for the second time and I've run into what seems to be a minor bug. I found the guy that had been buried in the Graveyard and he gave me the scrap of red cloth. I've gone to the Bridge District, solved the murder mystery and walked back and forth until I had virtual blisters on my feet LOOKING for the kid in the red shirt.

I can't find him ANYWHERE!!!

IIRC from my first time through, he should be near the house where they are holding the lady captive. I've walked all around that area (and ALL the areas bordering on the water - seems like he was staring into the water when I found him the first time). I've literally Searched day & night, but still haven't found the guy.

Can anybody tell me what I've done wrong (if anything)?

Also, if it makes any difference, I'm playing an assassin this time around. Maybe the fact that I'm evil and have replaced Mae'var as the Guildmaster changed the script....I don't know....I'm fresh out of ideas, so any help would be appreciated.

He should be there, but he is only there at night. Middle of the bridge district.

IIRC, you must speak with the grave digger first. Return to the graveyard and search the grave digger north of the location where you have released the bruried alive man. Then go to Bridge District and search a guy in red west from Twisted Rune.

Yes, Radek is right. You must speak to the grave digger, Sethle, before Am-Si would appear.

Nope, Ive confronted him in daylight. You must speak with the gravekeeper first, then he will be there, if not it is a bug indeed.

First time I did this Quest I killed Am-Si because I was in front of the door he wanted to go in (the house with his ''compagnions'')
and he couldn't pass... so he went hostile and I smacked him ... strange it is... probaly a bug..

Aaah!!! It seems that I've influenced you in every way possible .
One last thing you have to do is to come to Croatia .

PS, I am glad I am not a tagnik'zur.

Thanks for all your help. Apparantly, I forgot to talk to the grave-digger. I will go back and try that again and see what happens.
Whehehehe yes indeed.. , I love the drow language

It sounds so evil and it looks kind of weirdish cool ...

And I edited the text to my Sig because the picture alone was pretty boring... I needed I nice text and in plain english the text sounded rather lame so I have gone for the drow tong....

And it is not like you have Copyright over it... (Thank god )

Perhaps, Anny, but the person on your picture is hardly a drow. Perhaps he took a dip into quick lime ?
