I have run into a slight problem, I am using Nalia and she just levelled up to Level 10 and she only gained a 2nd Level Spell....This doesnt seem right....Is it right or have I a bug???

Leveling up from 9 to 10 should give you one new fifth and second level spell. Sure you just haven't overlooked the additional lvl 5?

Is she level drained?
Do you have any mods? There are some that change spell tables (but I doubt that those do that so radically).

She should indeed get one level 5 spell and a level 2 spell... IIRC i never heard of this bug before, have you got all the known Patches installed?

The only MOD I know of that changes spell progressions is one component of the Ease-of-Use MOD, the one that says it "de-nerfs" some Priest and Wizard spell tables. (I took this to mean that pure Mages could now get all 5 of their Level 9 spells while under the ToB cap.)
Imagine my surprise when Jaheira didn't get her expected huge spell boost at Level 15, Nalia had 6 (yes, 6) Level 9 spells, and my Blade could cast Abi-Dalzim's.
