Mana fountain; Sgt. Kunar

Where exactly in Trynton is this infinite mana fountain? I've been
through there once and, well I must have missed it.
Also, can I trade with Kunar without aligning with the rhinos?

when you first reach trynton from the lower area ( via the long climbing rope ). the fountain is on you right. just climb the small laddder/rope to get to the fountain.

I believe you must join IUF to do business with kunar.

Sgt. Kunar will only sell you the Umpani Flag until you complete enough missions that you are told you are given credit with him. If I remember correctly this happens after the first two missions.

The flag is available all the time at the Comissary. But if you are doing the T'Rang quests, you should NOT join the Umpani at that time. I get the flag before I go see the T'Rang to save time. I do as many T'rang quests as I can before I join the Umpani, to keep them on my side.

No, you can trade with him immediately after you enlist.
