Does senses affect the rate in which critcal hit as a skill will rise through training or does it affect how often critical hits occur in combat.

Basically is it the critical hit skill alone that dictates how often I crit' or is it both the skill and the senses stat?

Sense will help to boost fast the skill but not increase the critics. Well that's what I understand of the skill.

From what I read (can't confirm it myself) I'd say that senses directly influences the number of crits you get, and that may as well affect how fast the skill goes up...

Never forget your towel, cheers

Senses does two things for Crits:

(1) it increases the chance that you hit--the more hits, the more chance to crit; the more chances to crit, the faster your skill increases on its own

(2) it increases the rate of increase--the higher your senses, the fewer swings you need to take before your crit skill goes up by one. Speed is also helpful, but not as much.

Yes, what he said...

Edit: High senses is vital if you want a critical hit machine.
