It seems that I was not clear enough in my post. I shall try again.
  • More girls in school make better grades than guys. More guys drop out, giving up too early. More girls attend college.
  • Women were oppressed and suffered much only a generation or two ago. They had the strength and courage to gain the freedoms of citizenship that they enjoy today. Many women all over the world are still oppressed and treated as property. They wake up every morning, with the courage to continue on, hoping for a day that they too can gain the freedoms that our women in our lands enjoy.
  • Women do more work in establishing a home than a man does. In fact, in families where both spouses are working full-time jobs, the women still is expected to do 100% of the various tasks in the home, without the assistance of the man. Does that mean that they work harder than men???
  • Women are more caring, long-suffering, gentle, humble, patient, strong-willed, and as beautiful as a spring meadow of roses.
These facts set women apart as the most magnificient of all creation!

Nobody can argue. There are exeptions to the rule for both men and women where their roles are reversed in society, but we are speaking in general terms here...aren't we?
Not at all. Personally I can't stand the slimy babbling about women being so gentle and humble. I'm not bloody humble. I know very gentle men and I know women who are simply b*tches who would betray their own mother if they thought it would get them anywhere in the world.
It may be true that women are associated with gentleness sooner because they are the ones that get the babies, and I don't rule out the possibility that because of that, nature gave women a sort of mother instinct that men lack. But generally speaking, there are good men and bad women, wonderful women and evil men... whatever. But a guy who goes on about how incredibly wonderful and superior women are won't impress me much
Sorry Larry, I know you really mean what you said and that you aren't saying it to 'score points', I simply disagree with you

Yet Larry, the best students in almost all subjects are men. Top fashion designers are mostly men, nuclear phiscists, and there is a reason why the President of USA must be a guy.. ofcourse i didn't say this..... HE DID! *points into the distance*

That's the kind of girl I'm going to marry!!

Mel, if you weren't on the other side of the globe, and you didn't have a boyfriend, and if...probably about a million other if's...I would never let you get away. If you ever find yourself in my neck of the woods, you'd better give me a call .
