Lurin looked at the elf as she grbbed his arm, he stopped suddenly, and the orc began to gasp his throat. the orc turned nervously towards lurin as the elf was talking to him, eyeing him up. lurin didnt like the orc, and would have killed him had it not been for the other elf. "what are we going to do about the other one?" said lurin in elvish to the other elves. "sooner or later he is going to realise we are not being guarded, and im sure there are more than just him in this place, we are going to walk into guards and all kinds of people, what are we going to say, are we just going to walk straight past them? with an ORC??"

lurin looked towards the orc "what do you suppose we do?, obviously you know this place, and we are going to have to get rid of this other guard soon, what do you suppose we do??"

"You have made a smart decision, my strong Half-Orc. We will do as you command, we just have to get together to discuss our approach. If you'll excuse us, oh powerful friend."

Turgon smiled at the Half-Orc, and went back to the others. He had listened to them enough to understand what they were talking about. Luckily, they had all spoken High-Elvish, which was Turgons own language. He replied with the same dialect.
"Well, what do we do now? I've got the chains of us, but as I said, my magic isn't effective here. It seems like it is a bit further down the corridor, though.
What I suggest, is that we split up in two groups. One takes care of the Half-Orc, the other takes care of this Caazc. I atleast can't fight this creature, so I'll go after Caazc, along with one of you. Hopefully, will find him in a place where I can use my skills. I also suggest that Lurin stays here, as he seems to be the strongest one of us.
What do you say? We don't have much time, the Half-Orc will soon start to get impatient."

ooc: Dear Skye, believe me, I haven't even gotten started yet. This thread is a little too out of my control for me to post something of great length, though. Now in the SSSB castle...

Spree, you know how there's always one annoying person that makes things totally difficult? I think you've found the one out of this group. Hmm... I'll wonder how long I'm going to last now.

Lurin was ready to pounce, which meant that he had understood Pathris' use of High Elven. Unfortunately, he must've missed the conditional "if", for he attempted to strangle the half-orc almost immediately. Luckily, the half-Elf woman stopped him before he could do much harm. "The fool! Luckily someone has brains here."

Apparently, the Half-Elf spoke High Elven as well, for she began to speak to him in the tongue. "Let's see if this thug will give up the dagger willingly, first. If not, I'll have my try at taking it," he replied simply in the same language.

Lurin began to speak again, but Pathris ignored him. Turgon was reassuring the half-orc and appeared to be doing a good job of it. He finally turned to everyone else and explained what he was thinking. He too understood High Elven; a coincidence, Pathris thought, as he would've guessed at least one of them wouldn't have spoken the language. "Not a bad plan, Turgon. If you can get me some of the orc's weapons without me having to resort to stealing them, preferably the dagger and short sword, I'll be able to help you with the dark man over there. My skills in stealth should allow me to get a nice little attack in after your spell. I think the Orc here would be a good ally to have for a little while longer, so I do not want to put him against us just yet."

"I agree with your thinking. I'm not sure if I can manage to get those weapons you requested, but I'll give it a try. Meanwhile, you just grab hold of Lurin, and make sure he won't commit suicide again." Turgon grinned at the others, before he turned around, and went back to the Half-Orc.

"Master, we have thought out a plan," Turgon said to the creature. "However, there is a little problem.
You see, I am a Sorcerer, so I surely won't need weapons, but my comrades are all Warriors and Rogue, and they won't do much good without weapons. And as you, oh great one, seem to have plenty of them, perhaps I could just borrow a few of them? If you would just lend us your grand Short Sword and the Dagger in your boot, we will go immediatly and do as you command."

(ooc) sorry must not of understood you, but by making a gesture with the chains to strangle, i thought you wanted me too, but obviously not.

"ill stay with the orc" said lurin ignoring the other elf. he was beginning to understand now that he was already being put down for trying to pursue what he thought was the easier option, so thought it wise to go allong with everyone else. he didn't like the way the rogue put him down, in fact he didn't really like the rogue at all.
however being outcasted form his home town he was use to abuse, so passed the elf without comment.
still he was wondering how long the spell caster would let his guard down for, as he hadn't returned, yet lurin thought that they had better act quickly if they were to pull off this plan.
looking towards turgon he said "how are you going to get into the area allowing magic without the other guard noticing? and what was that orb he was carrying?"

ooc- *laughs* why else do you think k-spree wouldn't start without having at least one girl in the group?

ic- Skye looked at the elf sympathetically. It didn't seem to be his day, what with everyone ignoring him. "We need to find out from the half-orc what the cloaked one can do, and what purposes the orb has. I'm sure it's probably nothing we all can't handle... the "Master" wouldn't assign his best guards to take care of prisoners," she said wryly in High Elven. "What, if I may ask, are all of your names? I don't believe we've been introduced. You can call me Skye," the half-elf did a flourishing mock bow, and smirked up at them, flipping her long chestnut braid back over her shoulder.

ooc- I think it has become necessary for k-spree to post now.

(ooc) yes where is he anyway?

looking towards the elf lurin smiled "nice to meet you, im lurin"
he looked at her puzzled. what would such a person as the 'master' do with her? he thought it best now that he had alarmed the orc that he stayed out of its way incase it were to get itself nervous again, he didn't really want to be on the end of one of its weapons. suddenly he could sense something, using his tracking abilities he tried to work out how far away this thing was..

I got a new skateboard! WHEEEE!!)

The Party
Unfortunately, while all of you were discussing how to go about killing Caazc, he finally reached what he was looking for in the dark orb. He muttered some inquiries in a tongue none of you understood, nodded after a moment, then replaced the little ball back into the folds of his too-large cloak. Apparently having contacted his master, Caazc turned around, ready to pursue that goal. When he saw his half-orcan comrade standing there with the leashes draped over his arm, and all of you free, his eyes widened. In his rage he threw back his hood, revealing his pale face, which was tattooed with the odd markings of cults or dieties you'd yet to encounter, his greasy black hair, his angered sneer, and his weird, sickeningly yellow eyes! He cried out loudly, "Traitor!!" The spellcaster then pulled out of his cloak a small stone the ochre of his eyes. With a gust of fury he tossed the rock at the half-orc, it seemed to magnetize to the chains in his arms. When the stone hit the leashes, it exploded with a disgusting slurping noise, becoming a mustardy goo, which tunneled into the now bellowing guard's chest until it reached his heart and consumed it. The tall half-orc fell to the ground with a great, echoing thud. Caazc, inhaling sharply, then turned his gaze to all of you. He growled, "All of you back in your chains NOW! MAYBE I'll have your torture sentences for this insolence lessened to a week!"

lurin obviosly failing in his tracking skills stood motionless, he was not sure what caazc could do, and seeing the fate of the orch he stood there. being at the back of the group he thought that maybe he could slip into the shadows, but it would be no use if he could not reach one of the orcs weapons concealed in his clothes. slowly he began to attempt to hide, thinking that even if he shadowed the group he could do something. however he realised it would be obvious to caazc because of the amount of chains.
the time to attack was now and thinking back to what the orc said about caazc being 'easy' lurin decided to attack.lurin hoped that he could reach him before caazc had time to cast his spells, and now that caazc had threatened torture, which lurin didn't like the sound of at all, he was getting desperate. he thought that maybe the others would have the initiative to either help him or run, and he hoped they would choose the first option.
suddenly lurin sprang forward aiming a palm at caazc's nose. he knew this was the easiest way to dispose of someone, however it was also the messiest.
