Liches definately can be poisoned. At least the Crook Cane's Lich can.
I would personally finish all of the little quests in Chapter 2. Why? You have Draw Upon Holy Might. Little trick; did you know the Moose from the Acorns gives vision?

BTW, the Assassin/Fighter is very powerful...I dualed at level 21(after getting x7 BS) to fighter, and though he's only a level 10 fighter, he already kicks ass  . With a thaco close to well under 10 on both hands with 5APR wielding Belm and Kundane(i didnt know this gives an extra attack aswell), hitting a respectable 20 avarage damage, hes slicin' 'n dicin' nearly every thing that dares to live! Im really waiting for my assassin levels to come back...20x7=140 avarage BS damage! wohoo!

Odd, that should be a bug, since Liches are Undead and poisons are not suppose to work on them.
Then again... Elementals can be poisoned too... and they have no blood or meat to begin with. |

Summons usually don't give vision. The Moose summoned by the Acorns gotten in Chateau Irenicus(added in with Improved Ilyich), however, does.

I can't seem to find it; does a thief gain a +1 to backstab multiplier every 3 lvls? I think that's it, but I can't find out.
The short sword of backstabbing now adds a +1 to a thief's backstab multiplier. Does that mean that an assassin can get +8 if they're using the sword, or is the max +7?
