Well I wouldn't have it; mostly because I'm reasonably happy with all my bits. I can see how people with really big noses or absolutely no breasts or something would wish they were different even if they never actually got them done. Plus I wouldn't have surgery requiring general anaesthetic that wasn't totally necessary because of the risks involved. But of course if I were disfigured in a fire or stabbed or something I'd be open to the idea.
