Would you ever get cosmetic surgery (including actual surgery like nose jobs, facelifts, or liposculpture, and other procedures like botox or collagen)? Would you get it now or when you're older? What would you get done?

What would stop you from having surgery (e.g. practical reasons like money or health/appearance risks, or personal reasons like wanting to grow old gracefully or being happy with your self)?
