I still intend to use BG2 characters. I could return it to Sigil often. I was thinking the next move would be the bar landing in Mnemoch's back garden

In answer to the "How?" question above, the bar is an extra-planar space, a pocket dimension. I can move the space to anywhere else the bar touches.
