We're glad to have ol' Lizzie as our titular head of state too, since we get a public holiday for her birthday. Strangely enough, the Queens Birthday holiday is on the first Monday in June in New Zealand, but the second Monday in Oz. I think those Kiwis just can't count.

Confused oh Pastry boy by your J. Arthur reference - in golfing terms this is rhyming slang for a S-H-A-N-K (hey, you can't be too careful, it is a word you have to spell cos they are contagious), but couldn't piece together the relevance in your sentence .
