Its near Nashkel, to the west. I think its on the same screen as something else important...possibly I think Bassilius...It's in the North East of the screen!! Thats about all I can remember!

I have no idea how you find all this stuff youīre speaking about. I usually check every hole and chest but I rarely find anything useful, except wands or useless swords, or cursed items. Iīm only on Cloakwood though (which is probably the easiest part of the game). Oh and nevermind about that, I donīt even want to know.

Firewine dungeon has been the only really nerve-breaking battle. I entered to fight the ogre mage and the "ordinary" mage straight away and didnīt have any troubles with them, but regenerating commandos are really pain in the ***. I used a thief to scout the way down and used fireball to clean large groups of them, and regular arrow attacks on smaller groups. It took me 4 hours to complete the dungeon, although I didnīt take much damage in the end. A protective large shield would have been greatly useful.

Nashkel mines were also difficult, because back then I didnīt know that the game regenerates enemies if you save and load all the time. Imagine that.

Change what I wrote above, its west of nashkel somewhere, on the same screen as Commander Brage. It is in the middle of the screen.

I'm currently on another run through BG (to export to BG2) and jsut going through DT (after clearing the BG city and the other 2 TotSC areas).

For some reason all the battles are easier than I remember (and seem easier than BG2 as well). I'd struggled with the wolfweres last time, but found the 3 Greater Doppelgangers on DT level 2 the absolute worst - this time I've walked it all (and can't work out why!). The one battle I suffered a beating in this time around was the single Greater Doppelganger (posing as Durlag himself) - the stinking cloud knocked out all but my main char and the *&^&^*Ģ just beat up on poor Minsc... Good old resurrection.

Hmmm, I have found the fights quite easy in general every time I have played it, but I have used the same fight tactics (even though with different party setups).

Also, I do that many subquests, my levels are usually very high compared to what they should be at that point in the game!
