Some good ones on there, but two of my faves are missing. Terry Pratchett (for books featuring Granny Weatherwax and Mr/Captain/Commander/Duke Vimes) and Steven Brust (for Vlad Taltos, and for the Phoenix Guards, who contributed my name).
