Their is an official Plugin which places a Fletcher in The Waistworks of the Foreign Quarter in Vivec, an un-enchanted one is hung on the wall and can be bought (for £50,000) but can be stolen if sneak and luck high enough.

There are apparently 3 official ones in the game but the only other one is once you have completed the Assasins Guild quests and become grandmaster it is in the chest in the Grandmasters Chambers and if you wait till becoming the master it is not reg as a stolen item.

Not sure where the 3rd is, it is under a post in here cause i have seen it, just cant remember where they said it was.

I use that same bow, for the sole purpose I've yet to find anything better.

Finally something my exploring can aid you fellows with:
There is a Daedric bow in a Daedric ruin west of Maar Gan. From M. Gan, head directly west over the mountains. You will see the Daedric spires. If you explore the exterior ruin site, you'll find two entrances: The lower entrance leads to the shrine. In one of the tall exterior towers (nearest to the cliffs) there is a second entrance that leads to the Forgotten galleries.

If you enter this door you get onto a balcony that overlooks an area far below...if you look down, you see some Winged Twilight. You'll hear them before you see them, and this is some clever placement because your kill instinct might then keep you from looking around further. But if you can calm yourself long enough to use your eyes...you'll see some very valuable clues.

Think: Trajectory

In other words, activate the boots of the apostle and levitate up...

I'm talking about boots of the apostle since one of the oracle imperial cult quest sends you off to find the very same corpse you will find near the bow. And you will have already got the boots by then.

This is just to say that you will find another useful item (a ring i think)... don't sell it, you will need it if you join the imperial cult.

just use the ever handy levitate spell for pretty much every cave and you WILL find things you dont normally see, in morrowind dont just explore in 2d, you gotta explore in 3d and go up and down too, you'd be amazed the things you find when your flying around caves
