"Dang i really wanted to fly. I miss it. Really i could put these in my sword hilts. but then it will just make them slick when i get sweat on them. They would make the hilt heavier and off set why would anyone in there right mind want to do that. but you did say that humans liked them like that. so who knows. Are you only going to be wearing breeches Ali?" Dameon asks with a smile.

"I'll look after Shev." Kaltia said simply. "Though you may have to get to the Moonwood to retrieve him." with an odd smile, she left the small group to pack her bag.

Calaethis nodded his thanks, and gave Kaltia a hug, before returning to his cousin's side. Then he spoke sharply to Shev, who looked downcast, but reluctently obeyed his master, with a forlorn look, he went to Kat's side. Then he howled once, and came running back, Calaethis hugged his wolf, and then the animal went back to Kaltia. Calaethis spoke simply to his cousin "When you're ready...?"

Alliene rolled her eyes at Dameon,

"Much less then breeches actually," she laughed and turned to Natha, "Tell your bear to follow us, we don't have time to waste," se climbed between Zachy's horns, "Get on between her wings everyone, we're flying"

When everyone was safely aboard, Zachana took off, and in no time at all, they were at the shore.

Calaethis sat behind his cousin, and waited for them to land. He smiled, enjoying the experince of flying on the back of the great dragon.

Alliene slipped off her dragon's nose and landed lightly in the sand. To the north, a huge city rose up just off the shore, bustling with activity. In front of them, a huge, cyrstal clear ocean stretched out. She turned to the men

"Wait here a moment, please," she jumped into the waves and kicked down to a section of reef, entering a small hole bored into one. She dug in the sand there and pulled out a long box. She unlocked it with her custom spell and pulled out a magnificent spear, Luthol, her ice enchanted weapon of the ocean, since swords were no good under water. She quickly pulled off her breeches, armour, shirt, and boots, folding them and laying them neatly in the box. Glancing around quickly, she untied her swim garment and put the pieces in there too, pulling out a different one; the top consisting of blood red shells and matching seaweed ties, and the bottoms out of the hide of a ocean worm of the same color. She put these on quickly, then pulled out a small tiara, setting the platinum piece delicatley in her hair. She closed the long box and pulled out another that contained a potion. Grabbing it, she buried everything again and pumped up to the surface, approaching the waiting men

"Ok, heres the drill. Calaethis, Dameon, and Zachana are coming with me, you two will each drink half of this potion; it allows you to breath and see properly under salt water. Dont worry about your clothes for now, just strip your upper half and give them to me," she turned to Natha, "This is a good city, my friend," she handed him a piece of paper, "This is the place I want you to stay at. I've built a canal from Allinav to this room, so I will be able to visit you and see how you like it," she kissed his cheek, "Good luck! You two! Are you ready?," she hefted her spear.

Calaethis nodded and did as he was bade. Then he handed his garments back to Alliene, and Dameon's sword back to him. He waited further instructions from his cousin, and drank the potion.

Dameon eyes Aliene as she emerges from the water. He resheaths his sword that he retrieved from Cal, and doffs his shirt. When he gets the potion he looks at the fluid swirling in the bottle. "Took a little more the half huh cal. Worried?" Dameon says with a smirk "Do you need some gems Natha i can give you some if you like?"
Dameon hands 5 large gems to Natha. Then takes the potion in one draught. "Yeck this stuff is wretched; but then potions aren't made to taste good are they?"

The journey to the Moonwood would have been long if it had not been for a small bag of gold that enabled her to purchase the aid of a wizard in the nearest city they came to. She was out of Neverwinter's north gate in less than five minutes.
On entering the Moonwood she saw no difference; Shev kept close to her side while Callistia launched herself up a tree-trunk and leapt through the canopy. All too soon, she came to the small home she'd missed in the Underdark. Fighting to hide her excitement, she pushed the door-her mother never locked it-open and headed in.
To her curiosity the place was empty. There was a letter on the wooden surface that doubled as table and desk, so she cautiosly picked it up. The first statment was in drow, which she hardly understood. The second, however...."We knooz were yooz iz. We wants Natha." as she began to laugh at the idiocy of the strange note, a strange red substance dripped onto her arm. Cautiosly she glanced at it then glanced up at the ceiling...
It was quite obvious Kathryn was dead. Live people have more of a chest and aren't usually found nailed to the ceiling.
She went to scream and to jump back when something hit her hard round the side of the head and a hand clamped over her mouth.The last thing Kaltia was aware of thinking of was Mother...
A wave of her shock emitted and before Shevarash's very nose, Callistia landed in a crumpled heap in the floor in front of him, unconciouss as her mistress was.

Calaethis suddenly looked up his eyes wide with fright, he turned to Alliene startled "Somethin- Shevarash! My wolf hes... my head... its horrible, I'm seeing though his eyes... a tree... the inside of a house... Kaltia... a dead body, not hers... and ARGH!" Calaethis brook off his voice filled with pain and confusion. Then he looked up again, hes eyes filled with a deadly calm "Its horrible... from Shevarash's thoughts, and feelings, someone close to Kat has been murdered, in a horrible fashion, he can almost taste the pain.. it is.. I hope shes allright."
