Where are the fallen paladins? I cannot find them. Help me please.

The instant you enter the Bridge district, turn left (from your characters viewpoint). They are in a big open square space. You really can't miss them.

Hail Supergurl,

Arledrian is completely correct. The Fallen Paladins are to the character's left, which on the map ought to be 'down and to the right', or 'south and a little east'.
