Boots of speed????

I heard the boots of speed were in the sewers under the Temple district, i have done all the quests down there but don't have them, have i missed them or they not the there in the first place?

They are in a quest you unlock by going through the sewers, but are not actually in the sewers.

There is no pair in the sewers, but there is a pair connected to them.
First talk to Raelis Shai in the Five Flagons Inn in the Bridge, to get a quest. Venture down to the sewers, find Haer'Dalis and his gem, and continue on with his quest. It will eventually lead you to a pair.

Why dont u just cheat and do the baldur.ini file thing. the name of the item is boot02.

Just check the properties out then all will be solved.

Sig is just fine but it does look big.
