I heard the boots of speed were in the sewers under the Temple district, i have done all the quests down there but don't have them, have i missed them or they not the there in the first place?

There is no pair in the sewers, but there is a pair connected to them.
First talk to Raelis Shai in the Five Flagons Inn in the Bridge, to get a quest. Venture down to the sewers, find Haer'Dalis and his gem, and continue on with his quest. It will eventually lead you to a pair. ;) </font>

Why dont u just cheat and do the baldur.ini file thing. the name of the item is boot02.

Some people dont like to cheat.
