1. Open image in any image-editing program.
2. Resize the image to half the size. 3. Image is now half the size. 4. Click save. 5. Reupload to server with same name.

He will resize the pic and host it himself. Thats what he did with my sig. I don't have the software to do it conveniatly like he does.

Pictures can be resized with Paint, actually.
Format change would take its toll, but it is not a photograph, is it?

I tried refitting according to the forum's rules using photoshop, and it lost lots of quality. It's going to have to be retouched.
