Ok Timber per your request these 3 websites will answer your questions: The 1st link has a good summary of the animal finings found in regular beers and I must inform you that guiness and bass are not veggie so you know what to do now...boycott them of course! Also spirits are veggie hence we can drink all the vodka we want. I think the swim bladder is the most attractive part of the fish. But, I'm neither a fish-eater nor a beer-drinker. Just give me a chunk of cow and some Scotch, afterward. Scotch is vegetarian, what?

I make home brew all the time and have never used a cow, sheep, or pig in any beer. The malt is make from grain, the hops are , well hops and the yeast is a plant...Now there may be some bugs in the water, cause I use well water. So I claim all my home brew is Veggie beer.

Many lipsticks have fish in them,and many cosmetics and perfumes have animal products in them as well (Not you Animal, well at least I hope not.)
I would prefer to ingest fish rather than smear it on my face.
