Thanks much for posting that. I HATE Blizz's DL. I'll have to futz with all the tips SpiritWarrior gave me if I'm to use Blizz, and I'd rather not do that.
Please tell me how to use this if I DL it from your link? Just DL the exe file and double-click? I do it when the game is not running, right?

No it doesn't work for eu.
Back when I played I went to 3dgamers.com for every updates. They probably have the european patches too.
