Found this on another forum. They found it in a magazine;

The game begins as you are found alone, uncouncious, and adrift in the battle-scared Ebon Hawk by a mining vessel and taken back to a station for treatment.(Lucasarts isn't saying how new character ended up onboard Revans ship, leaving those details as a suprise.) After waking up in the medical bay, you find that everyone else is mysteriously dead, except for one survivor who will join you on your quest.

The identity of the one survivor has already been released by Obsidian. Don't read any further if you don't want to be spoiled.

New Force powers look cool. But where's the light side description?

Damn... I was hoping to team up with HK-47. He is a fun party member to have may it be a light sider or a dark sider.

T3 was kind of "bored" to have as a party member.

"He" doesn't talk much and is rather useless in combat. His only useful skills are picking lock and spiking computer terminals.

With a good belts, visors and a little more skill in computer, you can easily make without his service. Plus, most locks can be forced open with the lightsaber.

I think everyone underestimates T3 -- he can be a badass in combat. Dual-wielded pistols, droid armor bonuses, plus those nifty attachments like the flame thrower that pop out of his head only sweeten the deal. His skills with computers are nice too, even if lockpicking is useless. Besides, who doesn't like R2-D2? Same character in my eyes.

Except that R2D2 had a personality and was more than an AI script following around silently.

T3 did nothing. Maybe if he had done some things in cut scenes or in dialogs he would have been interesting, but he didn't, so he was the less interesting to have in the party, banter and story wise.

I'm hoping that for KOTOR 2 they gave him more personality. Since he's a character from the start, and he's probably going to be your link to what happened, he's probably going to be more interesting.

I'm gonna miss Bastilla most. I made her good, then I made her bad. I played that woman like piano -- God she was easy.

I'll miss her too.

It's ok I guess, I think she was about to kill me and take over my empire anyway...
