In case you didn't know, the Board Administrator at the Heuristic Park Forum wrote that an unnofficial patch is in the works, but only in their spare time as they have "several manpower commitments we have to meet as a company". Yay! I know quite a few people who'd like to get this game, but have been holding off, because of some of the more annoying issues of the game.
As a side note, for people who submit problems, if you can be as descriptive as possible or try to HELP with information, it is generally easier to fix a bug/problem than if you just "complain". This may be obvious to some, but it can be easily overlooked when you are "upset". Have fun! |

Perhaps slip could put the answers to the more annoying problems with getting the game to run on his W&W site.
The Wk2 problem and solution. The no cd in drive afeter you install problem the locked install problem which means you cannot use the uninstall option. Most of the other problems are quirks with the game or minor (because lets face it you can complete the game) bygs that a patch could fix but are easily overcome. |
