If I remember correctly it is right at the entrance. I never even explored the caves.

I did the same thing Chun. I explored the heck out of that place and kept scratching my head. Where the heck is that darned thing? After my second or third trip in there, as I came out, there it stood, right by the entrance....D'OH!

One of the best things i've found to enchant a weapon with is healing. Sounds weird eh? When you enchant the weapon, choose "heal wounds" as your spell, then make it target self, for whatever magnitude you want. i usually do 10... What this will do is every time you smack an enemy with your weapon, you're healing yourself 10 HP. Nice =)
