ok... i've got a new idea now... I've created a Hobbit Ninja... nice eh?... well, my plan is to level him up to 5, improving his skills as much as possible (stealth, crit strike, so on) and then change him to a Lord!... crazy huh?... we'll see how it works out... next i created a Human rogue... second most points to a hobbit, but my plan for this is to switch to a gadgeteer... Stealth will help keep Tinkly alive... my first question... once i get spells at 5 for ninja, will his REALM skills carry over to a lord? i know alchemy won't... but i'm hoping his realm skills carry over... any ideas?

Yes, his realm skills and any spells he has learned will stay with him. The only problem is that if you are changing him to a Lord at 5th level then he only gets one level to put points into Alchemy and learn a single spell, which is hardly worth wasting the points on.
