Hi Megabot! You've come to the right place. The problem is that all the DVDs over here are Region 4, which is probably different to the region you are in. Nonetheless, the best DVDs that I own are (not necessarily the best movies):

Fight Club
Final Fantasy
The Abyss
The Matrix
The Phantom Menace
Terminator
Braveheart
A.I.
Gladiator
The Thing
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
Castaway
Men In Black
12 Monkeys

All of these are the collectors or special editions and have tons of extra features. Most of them come on two DVDs. I refuse to buy DVDs that don't have extra features these days, because they are sure to release the movie again with them within a short period of time.

Yeah, I'm going to put some stuff in my sig when I think of something witty to write. That could take some time.

I love all of the above movies, but I know that you're not into horror films. I'd probably suggest you watch AI before purchasing as people either love it or hate it.

There all good though!

I'm gonna wait til return of the king comes out. I'm betting that there's gonna be a big set of LotR with a crapload of extra features.
My favorites are Simpsons, seasons 1&2 and X-Files, seasons 1-5
And who can forget Monty Python: The Complete Set

Hey True_Moose, I've got X-Files seasons 1-3 and will be purchasing 4 soon enough. It's great to meet another fan. The truth is out there you know!
