Hi all, can anyone tell me what the best longsword in EFU is? I am currently alternating between the Torm +8 LS and Mordenkeinan's Sword. I am not sure which I like more, though after piddling a bit before work this morning I think I might lean toward the Mordy. So far I have not been able to get my AB above 48...I am hoping it is a product of my build (if one can call it that as it is the first character I have played past level 12).

Drow champion longsword is the best I know of, +10. May be worth you checking this thread, a discussion of different weapons found through EFU: http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/cg...&r=npwm#000000

Also for character builds check out the 'What works in the Undermountain' thread (last updated 29/08) or go to this link: http://web1.vattnet.com/staffan/search/builds.htm you may not agree with the way they build but worth it to check what others have tried and the results they get.

There are three other good options.
One is the Drow longsword of chilling speed available as a reward to fighters in the DPG. The other two are swords forged by the merchant on lvl 13. Whenever I have a longsword wielding character I usually end up using Mord's sword. |

I like Mordkainen's, myself, but some of the drow swords kick some pretty mean butt... I have one dual wielding that chilling speed sword and Mordkainen's... hehe!
