Somehow I pissed off one of the minotaur guards in the southern section of skullport with my barbarian and now he is stuck. The mino followed my guy in to a small room with 2 bunk beds, an armoir and a pile of books and now he can't get out cuz the guard is blocking they way, any suggestions? I have tried logging out and waiting a few hours but every time I come back in he is still stuck. Thanks in advance,

Sly

Server reset must be off, unless there are people in the whole time. You might try "pushing" him out of the way, by using the keyboard controls to walk through where it is.

Ok, I fixed those minos I believe, I made them not able to move at all. And they shouldn't aggro as well--but if they did, they cannot walk. lol Plus, If they somehow DID walk, they have waypoints now as well!!

I took the time to redo ALL the sounds in that area as well. there were too many--more than needed for the water effects. So the load times should be better for that area. Also added some other things there, and added all the map notes that were missing.

Thanks for the bug report! Helps a lot!!

On a related note for loading times and all that, what are you running on your machine again Ziroc? I need to compare notes so I know where to try to improve this computer of mine. I know as a fact a new processor is impossible (Socket A), but the rest I can work around. Also, NeverWinter Nights isn't configured to work better with either Pentium processors or NVidea graphics cards, now is it?

I think it is configured for Nvidia cards, "the way it's meant to be played", blah blah...

The EfU server runs on my home system- using a 3.6Ghz OC'ec 3.2 and 2 gig ram. I run a 6800 GT Nvidia card as well.

BTW, the changes I mentioned were for the Southquarter, but with the new hakpak, Skullport will have major changes that should make load times much better.
