exp points

when it comes to exp points, npcs allways have over 2000 points. im just wondering which npcs are good to kill.

The big guys:

Oakenmir == ~10.5 million
Erathsmedor == ~1.8 million
G'Ezerred Ra == ~1.5 million
Mother of Crabs == ~1 million
Anephas Temple Sphynx == ~1 million

Anephas is worth almost 800,000exp

I personally don't like killing the NPCs

..... I beat Oakenmir to an inch of his life but i got clubbed by Erathsmedor so how come oakenmir is worth so much more exp wise.

BTW How much is Grunaxe ghost worth coz after he finishes speaking u can throttle him.

Dont leave the cell until he finishes jabbering and then initiate the fight.

He casts burning haze and flamestrike.

AND yes i am talking about the Grunaxe in boogre prison.

I'm not sure that there is a satisfactory explanation as to why Oakenmir is worth so much. Perhaps the designers were fond of him. I would have prefered that no experience points were awarded for the death of the NPCS. (shrug)

According to the tome of misinformation, Grunaxe's ghost is worth 32,393 experience points.

I still think erathsmedor is stronger but maybe it's because oakenmir can summon guards or because he is later on in the game. All the monsters are worth more exp later in the game but are usually harder. Still i'm happy with how much oakenmir is worth i just would have thought that erathsmedor would be worth alot more.

BTW i tried killing D,Soto many times

1. When he comes out the picture
2. When he's sobbing in his tower
3. When i get the Rag and that word.

But i don't seem to be able to kill him. Is there neway??
How much for the cyclops holding the lamp as well?

D'Soto cannot be killed. The same is the case with Kol, the false Naga, etc. Every NPC whose presence is required later on in the game cannot be killed the first time around. And some not at all.
