just curious. i think it is a neat feat for bards, which i want to use as archers when theyre not casting, and bards dont really need feats so this ais a good fit, if it works with ranged weapons

I'm guessing so. While in PnP it doesn't AFAIK, this game has some loopholes which work in our favor.
