What's the latest and greatest version of IWD? I have 1.3 and am trying to play on WINXP and not having the best luck? Game crashes to desktop and all..

The latest and greatest version is to have HoW installed as well as TotLM on top of that. Do you have IWD without these? If you have HoW than the next patch would be 1.41 I think.

Yep, I have it all by itself. I know what HOW means but for the life of me I can't remember what TotLM is. I thought you had to finish IWD before adding expansions and such.

No you can add HoW and TotLM (Trials of the Luremaster) without having completed IWD they are patches in themselves. TotLM is the final patch but if you don't wish to install that behemoth than 1.41.
