Acquisition of expansion for iwd

I am a Mac user and I saw in one of the topics I viewed that if I want to have the expansion for Icewind Dale I should not finish the game and wait for the expansion.

Where can I buy the expansion for Mac, I am from Canada and I could not find it anywhere (in store).

I did all the Bulders gate I and 2

And I would like to continue with this one also

Do you mean that there's a difference between the Mac and PC versions of IWD then InspectorCluso? You can finish the game without the expansion and play the expansion separately - then go and redo the last fight at the end. At least you can on the PC anyway. It isn't that big a deal really, though I appreciate your attempt at continuity. Heart of Winter doesn't have any real bearing on the main story; just more areas for you to accrue experience. Though the added features with HoW are worth having, as it is also a patch for IWD.

I do not know if there is a difference in the game I am presently installing
Warcraft (reigh of chaos). Until I get the expansion I will try this.

I Have tried to get an id from amazon and the system at there end had an system error. I will try on Monday.

I hope they have the expansion, I realy like these kinds off games.

Ever since they started with Dongeon & Dragons I have been hooked on these.

I could buy it used if necessary ( I do not mean a pirate copy)

This is most frustrating

I just got an announcement from Interplay about a major sale going on for BG1, BG2, and the IWD series along with Heart of Winter which was going for $4.95!

Go to www.interplay-store.com and check out their store and see if they have a Mac version for sale.

I've been meaning to get H.O.W. for a while now but I never see it in the shops except as a bundle with IWD. Finally got a copy by bidding on ebay, most things turn up there sooner or later. Tell me is there any way to get TOTLM without the lmpossibly long download?
