I have downloaded an exp. cap remover but when i try to unzip the files to run them it says cannot create overide folder to run. what am i doing wrong? do i need to download something else to to help this out?

There should be a folder named "override" in your BG-directory. This is the place, where the XP-cap-remover has to be copied to.
