Im in the dungeon at the temple runes and Im at the floor with all the lettering on it. Is there any way i can get past without getting burned up? Is there a certain trick to getting through. I also wanted to know about the statue in the corner of that area with the hands that are holding out. Ive tried to put everything in her hands and nothing seems to work. Does anyone know what she wants to satisfy the bitch.Im kinda stumped there. I would greatly appreciate it a lot if I could get some help here. Thanks a lot for aal Ure help in advance.

You won't be able to use the statue until towards the end of Shadows of Amn. And the floor you can pass without burning up. Have you ever seen the Indiana Jones movie The Last Crusade? I believe there is a note around the dungeon that will give you a hint as to what to do. Just remember which desecrated temple you are in.

I won't give away the answer but I will give you a clue for the letter room. Think about who the temple is dedicated to. Also think about the third Indiana Jones film.

Do you have a savegame shortly before you walked into the room? There is some text pops up that gives you a realy big clue, but it is very easy to miss. If you can, reload and enter the room with the tiles again, and watch the text window carefully.
Dirty Meg, you seem to assume that Big_Daddy has, infact, seen the third Indianna Jones film... this is not necesarily the case. You will often be better off taking the line of "think about this if you know of it", than "think about this" if only because it will get you less replies like this. |

"Only the name of the Master shall save you from the Darkness!"
I think that was the message. I find it easy to forgive Big_Daddy for not having caught it, since it's kinda difficult to pay attention to disembodied voices when you're fighting a bunch of Undead (possibly including a Lich).

Thanks all for the help on this. Yes I've seen the last crusade but it was a long time ago and i'm still not sure what that has to do with it.

Big Daddy, think about who the temple is dedicated to and then see what you can do with the letters on the floor.
