what level to dual

a Kensia into a mage it is possible yes?

and a fighter in a thief/mage

Unfortunately, you cannot dual fighter to mage/thief. Dualled characters can only have two classes.

Once your mage level surpasses that of your kensai level your fighter abilites will become active again.
