Wich familar would be the best....

I´m soloing my fighter/mage through the game...and I do need a familar that can pick pockets....find traps...open locks...AND do it on a descent level. My ferret doesn´t do it good...

? Thieving skills are not necessary to complete the game. Knock handles any vital game locks and Mirror Image/Stoneskins/Spell Abjuration handles any traps.

None of the familiars are good in all Thieving Skills. Certain familiars tend to specialise in certain skills, but overall... the benefit is very low.

Well... my Sorcerer tend to get things done... the easy way. By killing everything he can. No need for nimble fingers.
