Kivan used to be in BG1, I think he was a ranger.
There's a MOD or add-on or something like that,.. that introduces Kivan to BG2. Dunno anything more than that,.. my guess is that he's an archer ??

You can bring Kivan Back?! He would be pretty good in BGII. I actually made an archer with a +5 in Longbows and she uses only arrows +2, arrows of piercing, and acid arrows. She really kicks a$$. However, the only problem that I have with her is that she is very specialized in that she can pretty much only use missile weapons like the bow. She's terrible with a sword compared to my tanks and can't cast spells like my mage and my theif. But still, I would like to have Kivan back.

I tend to create archers with 5* either in Shortbow (Gesen) or x-bow (ToB X-bow of fire), and as long as you keep them at the back, they kick unholy butt [img]smile.gif[/img]
