Drop into houses in the Docks District at random (concentrate on the southern part of the district). One will have a sarcophagus in the basement. You'll know what to do. Let me know if you need specific directions.

Kangaxx himself is in the docks. But first you need to find his skeleton. Start the Unseeing Eye quest and go to the Bridge District and look around there.

Xen - the big Gaxx him(?)self will give you the quest. I've never done it the other way around - does that work?

PfUndead scrolls will be frustrating, if not used properly.
