damn neck..

for the 3rd day of the week my neck has been killing me. you know how you wake up one morning and you cant turn your neck? well this has been going on for 3 days, ive tried putting a hot flannel over it but its incurable.

Well I would say that you need to go and see a chiroprtactor. I often see one when I have kinks and neck or back pain. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I have had that happen before, but never for an extended period of time. It usually happened when I slept funny or something.

Same thing happened to me, lasted for about five days or so, because I had a pinched nerve in my neck. Just going to have to wait until you can shake it loose burnzey.

it could also be torticullis and a result from something you don't remember or many moths ago. i spent about 6 months like that because of a car accident 4 months earlier. but it could be something simple, see your dr or a chiropractor.

Try heat rub for the stiffness or do what my mate did to me once, just grab it and twist... sure it hurt like hell but after a few minutes I was back to normal... and kicking him... hard...

I often get that. I just grab my head and twist it and then I hear *kvrckckc* sound in my neck and it's ok then.
