Should i go the the doctor?

Today when i was playing soccer it happend... something terrible. So i passed the defender and he kicked me in the muscle wich is just below the knee but from behind if you know what i mean and he did it with full power. I just collapsed on the grass and it still hurts. What do you say?

If you can't walk the day after tomorrow, then you should visit a doctor. Eighty per cent of all injuries heal just by giving a good night's rest (or two). No worries.

I hope so. You think that if i ice it,will it help? [/QUOTE]Ice will help reduce the swelling. Do watch for signs of increased bruising. If you form a bad bruise and it keeps getting bigger (Not just changing colors) then you should see a doctor.

Was the guy that kicked you the same guy that kicked the hedgehog? If so, I'd advise having a good long laugh about it. It seems equally funny.

Oh this sucks. Now everybody is against me becuase of that. Look! The guy trains football(soccer) so i could just see him and i found that funny not the fact that he kicked the poor animal.

If it still hurts maybe you need to see a acupuncture specialist instead. I don't like doctors too much because they like to use x ray. I mean those radiation can be quite dangerous.

Only in large ammounts is it dangerous.
X-ray really isn't that bad, it also can show if you have a broken bone etc (not in this case) whereas acupunture is a treatment not a way of identifing an injury.
